Healthy Holidays

Every season, in fact, each and every day offers us a new opportunity to choose what we want the most vs. what we want right now.  What most of us want the most is to be healthy, vibrant, alive with new possibilities and serving our special purpose here on earth.  And, of course, we want to be surrounded by people we love.  More than any other season, the period from Thanksgiving to Super Bowl Sunday presents too many invitations to over indulge, to stress out and to lose sight of our commitment to take care of ourselves and those that matter most to us.

So, it is in the spirit of our philosophy to Eat Well, Move Well and Think Well that we offer you the best of 2015 and 2016 Holiday Recipes.  Look at the 12 Days of Holiday Smoothies & 12 Days of Healthy Holiday Recipes from 2015 because they are too delicious to not remind you of them.  We’ve also found some New Healthy Holiday Desserts that are gluten-free, dairy free and in most cases with no added sugar to keep that inner child happy.

Some of these recipes are designed to keep it simple for those who just need to find one smoothie that tastes great and then their whole life changes.  From Recipes with only 4 ingredients in one bowl to a few, admittedly, that are for the adventurous; there is something for everybody.
