Classes at The Family Wellness Center are FREE for 2015. Donations for Girls on the Run will be accepted at all modules. The Capital Region non-profit organization, Girls on the Run inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

New Year, New You: 2015 is a time for growth, community, and positive change. Do something different as you’re planning for a healthy, happy, successful year ahead. This advanced wellness program is led by Harrisburg’s leading Wellness Experts, Dr. William LeVan, and Deborah Coulston, MA, LMFT and includes a hot new topic every month to keep you inspired, accountable, and motivated! With each of these powerful wellness workshops you will be coached through a simple process to reduce stress, relieve pain, increase body awareness, lose weight, get fit, detoxify the body, increase energy, and create optimum health! You can choose whichever modules interest you, or attend all twelve. Wellness University is also available to businesses, corporations, churches, civic and community groups and organizations interested in improving the health and well-being of their members.
